Position: Temporary Restaurant Field Marketing Manager

Location: Dallas, TX

Salary: $65,000

We are seeking a strategic Field Marketing Manager to drive sales by increasing consumer awareness and engagement at both the retail and catering levels. This role will focus on developing and executing local and regional marketing programs, enhancing brand presence, and building strong community relationships. Key responsibilities include implementing field marketing initiatives to boost sales, supporting local operators with marketing strategies, and executing grand opening plans. The position involves building partnerships with local organizations, leading grassroots outreach efforts, and advising on media investments. Additional duties include monitoring market trends, analyzing program performance, managing budgets, and providing insights to adjust strategies for optimal results.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Experience with franchisor/franchisee structures is a plus.
• Proven ability to execute grassroots marketing initiatives and drive sales growth.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.
