Job Description:

As a Sales Account Manager / Client Services Manager, you will play an essential role in expanding our home care services and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and community partners. Your main goal will be to educate potential clients and their families about the benefits of our services, grow our client base, and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Connect with potential clients and their families to understand their needs and offer tailored home care solutions that meet those needs.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other referral sources to promote our services.
Education and Outreach: Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate the community about the benefits of home care services.
Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
Follow-Up: Regularly check in with both potential and existing clients to ensure their needs are being met and address any concerns.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity logs, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the home care, healthcare, or a related industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of people.
Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a genuine passion for helping others.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time-management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Knowledge: Understanding of home care services, healthcare, and the needs of elderly and disabled individuals is a plus.
Technology: Proficient in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
