Purpose of the Role:

To drive lead generation, nurture leads, and close sales deals, contributing to the growth and success of Rexera. The Sales Specialist will leverage strategic thinking and resilience to identify and develop new business opportunities, represent the company at industry events, and maintain strong client relationships.

Principal Responsibilities: 🧑‍💼

• Represent Rexera as a vendor at various conferences across the country.
• Establish contacts with conference attendees to promote Rexera and generate leads.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close new business to achieve individual New Business Revenue targets.
• Attend sales calls, pitch, and demonstrate Rexera's platform.
• Participate in or lead the negotiation of terms and conditions to close deals.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing management to ensure alignment of events, messaging and communication with sales objectives.
• Maintain detailed records of sales visits, appointments, contacts, and sales campaigns in the CRM to provide timely management information.
• Build and retain meaningful relationships with customers and prospects.

• Prior experience as an escrow officer, escrow assistant, closer or other related roles at a title and escrow company.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Resilience, self-motivation, and a proactive approach.
• Experience with SFR Investors and property managers is a plus.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Experience with HubSpot and Salesloft is a plus.

Education and Experience: 📚

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales at a B2B company.
• Experience in real estate is a plus.
• Willingness to travel (25% of the time).
