Summary:

Want to be part of a creative, data-driven group tackling unique marketing challenges and audiences? The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms for clients, leading teams to deliver high-performing campaigns, analyzing data to optimize results, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure clients achieve their marketing goals, while collaborating closely with account managers and creative teams to deliver impactful client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, including SEO, PPC, social advertising, media buying, sponsorships, email marketing, and web analytics (behavior analysis, customer journeys, conversion rate optimization).
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and develop effective campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with account teams to understand client needs and translate them into actionable digital marketing plans.
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Oversee the launch and management of complex digital marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, CTV and email marketing.
  • Manage campaign budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track performance against key metrics.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time based on data insights, ensuring maximum ROI.

Team Leadership:

  • Coach and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, including SEO & PPC specialists, media buyers and email marketers.
  • Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and provide ongoing performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage continuous learning within the team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (account managers, creative and development teams) on innovative growth strategies
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Establish and drive benchmarks to determine effectiveness of marketing programs and define key marketing KPIs
  • Analyze campaign and web performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Hotjar, Semrush and social media analytics platforms.
  • Manage overall quality of end reporting results in terms of accuracy and actionable insights
  • Identify trends and patterns to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Client Management:
  • Maintain strong client relationships by proactively communicating campaign progress, addressing concerns, and presenting results clearly.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss strategy, campaign updates, and performance metrics.
  • Industry Expertise:
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to leverage emerging digital marketing tools and platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing
  • A minimum of four years’ experience developing, managing and implementing paid digital marketing and social campaigns
  • Agency experience required
  • Up-to-date and highly knowledgeable of digital marketing channels, technologies, and tactics, both at a strategic level and in implementation
  • Experience developing and interpreting analytics reports, and producing actionable insights
  • Proven results in effective campaign management and implementation leading to achieving set target objectives
  • In-depth experience using various digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Hotjar, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, CMS integration)
  • Experience with email marketing and automation platforms including Marketo, Eloqua and HubSpot preferred
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and ensuring data compliance (GDPR, CASL, CCPA, etc.)
  • B2B marketing experience preferred
  • Must have effective team management skills
  • Understand and apply user interface/experience best practices
  • Experience and demonstrated ability blending analytical and creative thinking
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Some familiarity with basic HTML a plus
  • Highly knowledgeable of SEO principles
  • Proven written, verbal, analytical and communication skills
  • Work independently as well as in a collaborative, fast paced in-office, team-oriented environment
