Robert Half is seeking a Senior SFA Business Analyst to lead and support the Salesforce.com initiatives. This role blends business analysis, solution architecture, and project management responsibilities, requiring a hands-on approach to user story creation, Salesforce integrations, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with international teams, the company's customers, and support partners while ensuring seamless execution of Salesforce releases and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as one of the primary leads for the Salesforce.com, working closely with support partners to track enhancements and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with offshore and international teams on Salesforce prospecting and integration projects.
• Write and refine user stories based on project scope, ensuring proper design and customization for the customers.
• Oversee Salesforce quarterly releases, testing, and deployment.
• Act as a liaison between the company's customers and internal teams, handling requests and ensuring smooth system functionality.
• Apply solution architecture expertise to enhance system design and scalability.
• Provide training materials and documentation based on user stories to support end users.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce.com (SFDC), including experience with Salesforce integrations.
• Proven ability to create and test user stories based on business needs.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong technical acumen with an understanding of system architecture and functionality.
• Experience in solution architecture, particularly in Salesforce.com.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst).
• Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ability to develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Industry experience in food & beverage, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to collaborate across global teams, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
