The search division recruits highly skilled professionals on a direct hire basis. We service our clients primarily in the tri-state area as well nationally through our AAFA network.

Our manufacturing client in Morris County, NJ is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to support the tax accounting and tax compliance processes. You will partner with Corporate Finance, Legal, Treasury, other business units and external consultants to facilitate global growth as well as minimize any potential tax risk.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing federal and state tax projects, optimizing tax strategies, ensuring compliance, and collaborating across teams
• Oversee transfer pricing, tax credits, and R&D incentives to maximize savings.
• Stay current on any new tax law changes and legislation.
• Review the Federal, state and international income tax returns and extensions.
• Calculate tax provision calculations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Calculate federal and state estimated tax payments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA/MST preferred
• Big4/National public accounting or public/private background
• Minimum of 10 years corporate tax compliance experience
• Proficient with Tax software and Office Suite
