🎥 About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, Gen Z-native content creator to take over our social media presence and help us tell the story of Ditch. You’ll be the face and voice behind our TikToks, Reels, IG posts, and more. If you love creating content, are always up on the latest trends, and are comfy on camera — we want you.
This is the perfect role for someone who’s recently graduated (or about to) and wants to grow with a fast-paced startup that actually lets you run with ideas . No corporate layers here — just good people building something meaningful.
💡 What You’ll Do
• Create UGC-style content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook — think short videos, memes, stories, and more
• Be the face of our social media (yep, you’ll be on camera!)
• Post daily and help us grow an engaged community of people who are ready to ditch their debt
• Spot trends early and figure out how to make them work for Ditch
• Collaborate with our team (growth, design, product) to test and scale what works
• Track what’s popping and what’s flopping — and pivot accordingly
