Job Description

Position Summary

In the position of Sr. Brand Manager - Motorsports Content, you will be leading content creation and planning for the Monster Energy brand in gaming, music, and lifestyle. This role requires exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with a diverse, global team. Facilitates cross-functional collaboration, oversees stakeholder communications, and ensure timely approvals to drive seamless execution of content initiatives. Success in this role depends on strong attention to detail, adaptability to shifting priorities, and the ability to navigate complex approval processes across different time zones.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sports Marketing team to create and manage strategic content plans that align with brand goals and objectives.
  • Oversee content development workflows, managing project timelines, approvals, and alignment across multiple stakeholders, while proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure timely execution.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, including Sports Marketing, Brand, Creative, Digital, Partnership Marketing, Field Marketing and PR to ensure cohesive content execution. Drive operational efficiency in content planning by refining processes and implementing best practices.
  • Maintain a clear content calendar and project tracking system to keep teams aligned and informed.
  • Monitor content performance and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.

Position Requirements

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of marketing or other related fields
  • More than 5 years of experience in Marketing, action sports, or motorsports industry
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Digital Asset Management a plus
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency

Base Pay Range: USD $105,000 - USD $140,000 (+)
