Job Description

Summary:
The Operations Business Analyst primary responsibilities include supporting Production Scheduling with data-related tasks, supporting Production Scheduling and Material Planning aligning the production and materials plans, and analysis to support all departments within the Operations division. Analyst is also required to perform special analysis projects as requested by management to aid in analyzing and improving company programs and strategies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Qualifications or Credentials:
Bachelor's Degree (Major in Supply Chain is preferred)
2+ Years of Experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing environment
Strong interest in analytical problem solving and enjoys working with numbers
Strong PC skills with in-depth knowledge of MS Office tools, specifically MS Excel & PowerPoint
Proactive personality and careful attention to detail
Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the company

Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Credentials or Education:
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Cognos BI, Power BI, and MS Access
Familiarity with Infor LX ERP platform

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Office work environment, with a hybrid work schedule:
Responsible for reviewing and managing alignment of the material plan to the production plan with Production Scheduling Team through reporting, analysis, follow-ups, and outputs: 35%
Support Production Scheduling team daily tasks such as slotting new orders, reviewing schedules, and managing requests from Sales: 30%
Support weekly KPI reporting related to on-time delivery to our customers and scheduling achievement, with root cause analysis on each item: 25%
Ad-hoc support of requests from both Production Scheduling and Material Planning teams: 10%
Desired Skills and Experience

* 2+ Years of Experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing environment
