We are looking for applicants with previous DSP experience who show the ability to delegate and have leadership qualities to work with our managers in our IRA locations . This position works directly with individuals who have an intellectual development disability.
Pay Rate $19.25-21.25
NATURE OF WORK: The Team Leader is responsible for directly assisting our individuals with all activities associated with daily living and providing them with the best quality of life as they are able to experience. This is accomplished by providing our individuals with a safe, clean, orderly and predictable environment, in the least restrictive setting, and to enable our individuals to experience, as closely as possible, the patterns of a normal life. The Team Leader also works closely with the Residential Coordinator in the planning and management of the daily routine for their shift.
