The Vines Hospital is currently recrutiting for a full time Medical Records/HIM Clerk.
The Medical Records Clerk performs technical and clerical health information department functions in accordance with departmental and facility policies under the supervision of the Director of HIM/Medical Records. The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for assembly and analysis of discharge medical records. Maintains filing of medical records and assists the Director of HIM/Medical Records with Release of Information.
The Vines Hospital , located in Ocala, FL is a premier behavioral health facility offering individualized mental health and addiction treatment to adults and adolescents in a secure and private setting. Our services include partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. We offer acute psychiatric, detox, and PTSD treatment.

4. | License/Credentials: | CCA RHIT RHIA |
5. | Skills: | Must possess a thorough knowledge of medical terminology. Specific familiarity with psychiatric terminology preferred. Working knowledge of basic health information department functions. |
6. | Physical Requirements: | Work is of medium demand requiring extensive sitting, standing, bending, and walking. Must be able to regularly lift up to twenty (20) pounds. |
