What You’ll Do

As a Tumble Coach, you will:

• Teach tumbling classes to students aged 4-18, tailoring lessons to varying skill levels.
• Develop and follow lesson plans that promote safety, skill progression, and confidence-building.
• Spot athletes during practice and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Provide constructive feedback and foster an encouraging, professional class atmosphere.
• Maintain a flexible schedule with classes typically held on evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Need

Required Skills and Experience:

• Background in dance and/or dance acro a plus.
• Experience as a tumbling or acrobatics instructor, preferably at the all-star or college level.
• Knowledge of tumbling safety protocols and skill-building progressions.
• Passion for working with students aged 4-18.

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with advanced spotting techniques.
• Adaptability to teach across age groups and skill levels.
• Experience creating or following structured class curriculums.
