Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer with strong technical expertise in video production and post-production. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and innovative content that spans across video editing, motion graphics, and video expertise for various digital platforms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing & Motion Design: Design and execute original graphics, animations, and motion elements for video content that aligns with brand identity and strategy.
  • Project Development: Transform preliminary creative concepts into highly polished motion designs and comprehensive graphics systems for various digital and social campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Ideation: Work collaboratively with creative, marketing, and brand teams to develop unique, multilayered content while actively participating in brainstorming sessions and critiques.
  • Technology & Trends: Stay informed about the latest developments in motion graphics, video editing, and video technology, pushing boundaries in design and animation.
  • Platform Optimization: Create short-form content optimized for social media and streaming platforms, ensuring that all video and motion graphics meet best practice standards.
  • Time Management: Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, maintaining high-quality output in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in motion design and video editing.
  • Proven track record with a solid portfolio showcasing strong creative and technical skills that exhibits a strong understanding of functionality along with creativity.
  • Advanced skillset in motion graphics and editing programs (After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of 3D modeling and animation environments is a significant plus (Maya, Blender, Cinema 4d, After Effects (3D), etc.).
  • Ability to develop concepts that solve creative problems while propelling various brands identities.
  • Passion for storytelling through video, along with a deep understanding of the evolving digital landscape, animation trends, and new video technology.
  • Stay current with technology and motion design trends, ensuring innovative, high-quality content that aligns with all platforms’ best practices and maintains brand consistency.
  • Ability to respond quickly to client requests, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
  • Constructively participate in team ideation and design critiques, working collaboratively with the creative, marketing, and brand teams to produce the highest quality content.
