Job Description

We are looking for a new Warehouse Manager, reporting to the Operations Manager, to lead our team in operational excellence and deliver unsurpassed service to our clients. This is a demanding position requiring someone who is smart, ambitious, and fully capable of being an effective leader. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team who is primarily responsible for handling all daily activities including: warehouse operations, receiving and shipping freight, managing the inventory and storage, general safety and other responsibilities as assigned. This is a day shift role with an occasional late night or weekend work as necessary. Whining and complaining are not permitted.

You will also be responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and developing your own team of warehouse personnel. We want someone who is capable of bringing out the best in others and developing a culture of winning and high performance. General Responsibilities:

• Security and Safety Procedure Adherence
• Enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures
• Track and Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hire and Train Warehouse Staff – Provide Mentorship and Development
• Maintain Order and Cleanliness
• Maintain Accurate Asset Information in Warehouse Management System
• Determine Daily Staffing Needs with Operations Manager
• Stage Equipment for Crews Each Morning
• Effective Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
• Experience with FF&E project management
• English/Spanish Bilingual skills a plus!

Compensation:

We offer a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 based on the candidate’s expertise and experience. Potential bonus for operational excellence in addition to the salary. We offer medical, dental and vision plan insurance. A 401K plan is available. We also offer PTO.
