Akkodis is seeking a Big data Architect consultant for a Contract job with a client in Atlanta GA/Hopkins MN/ Chicago IL (Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry .

Rate Range: $80-82/hour on w2 ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Big Data Architect

Location-Atlanta GA/Hopkins MN/ Chicago IL (Hybrid)

• BS/MS degreewith min of 10 years of experience
• Previous Data or solutions architect role in a data & analtics department of larger organization
• Prior hands on exp as data engineer /Middleware solution engineer
• Experience implementing & working with cloud data platform solution such as snowflake, Databricks , Azure Synapse
• Experience in Big data solutions such as Hadoop, Teradata
• Experience with public cloud implementations concepts (azure, Aws)
• Understanding of Big data processing Tools such as Apace spark
• Previous exp with Financial Domain
• Experience in building complex data processing frameworks & workflows in large enterprises
• operational & hands on experience with one of the 3rd party GUI data processing tools such as SSIS, informatica, ADF, AWS glue
• Understanding of middles technologies such as Kafka, message oriented middleware technologies such as MQ
• Strong experince around API integration & understand how various API types such as REST, SOAP, Graph QL & GRPC work
• Solid understanding of security concepts around IAM, RBAC, OAuth,mTLS,TLS & JWT
• Proficiency around web access management tools such as Ping Federate, OKTA, AND other SAML providers with respect to federated SSO across enterprises
• Hands on experience around integration with API gateways (ex APIGEE)
• Experience in implementing self service bBI solutions leveraging tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SSRS
• Hands one xp with programming languages like C3 & structured programming language such TSQL/PL/SQL with extensive experience on stored procedure (Preferred SQL server)
