About Us:
A dynamic and growing ABA agency is seeking an experienced and energetic CFO to drive their financial strategy, optimize cash flow, and support growth trajectory. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong financial background and a collaborative personality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including cash flow management, financial planning, and month-end closings.
• Analyze financial performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop long-term financial strategies and growth plans.
• Manage relationships with external accounting and bookkeeping firms, ensuring alignment with in-house operations.
• Perform deep financial analyses to support decision-making and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO, preferably in healthcare or a similar industry.
• Expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, and strategic planning.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mesh well with a collaborative team.
• Energetic, forward-thinking, and driven to see the bigger picture.

Preferred Experience:

• Healthcare finance experience, especially in a growing organization.
• Familiarity with ABA industry dynamics.
