At Everlane, we want the right choice to be as easy as putting on a great T-shirt. That’s why we partner with ethical factories around the world. Work with high quality and more sustainably sourced materials. And share the true cost of every product we make. But there's a lot more work to be done, and we're excited to be growing a team of motivated humans that are up for the challenge.
The Everlane Design team is a group of passionate people focused on creating product that lives up to our vision: Creating a sustainable way to build a forever wardrobe with a minimum impact on the planet. We believe there is no need to be any compromise between looking good, feeling good, and doing good. We are entrepreneurial and strategic in our approach. We are consumer obsessed, data curious, and prioritize building product that is leading the way for the industry for sustainability and design. The color team champions the product across the company including design, marketing, creative, planning, digital, and product development. Everyone on our team is accountable for our approach; to create an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are encouraged and both past experiences and new ways of thinking are valued.
The Color Designer will assist the Concept Design Manager and VP of Design in the creation of seasonal color palettes and visual assets, and will manage dip and pattern development and approvals. They should exhibit attributes of a good team member and collaborator and see constructive feedback as an opportunity to grow and learn. They will play a key role in how our color and pattern reach the customer, offering trend right, intentional color and pattern with precise focus on color accuracy and pattern execution.
This is a full-time hybrid role based at our San Francisco office headquarters in the Mission neighborhood, reporting to the Concept Design Manager.
