Job Description

The Commercial Banking Specialist plays a key role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new clients while providing exceptional service for ongoing account maintenance. This role ensures smooth cash management operations and supports process improvements to enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and documentation for new clients and cash management services.
  • Provide ongoing account support, including updates to agreements, authorized users, and service changes.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of banking products to offer tailored solutions.
  • Ensure successful implementation of new services, including setup, access management, and compliance.
  • Collaborate across teams to streamline processes and meet client needs.
  • Track client requests, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process enhancements.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including AML, BSA, and information security policies.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience; business banking or cash management experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new systems.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a sense of urgency in task execution.

Additional Info:

  • Pay range : $45k - $55k + annual bonus!
  • Schedule: full time 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4:30PM
  • Location : Primarily on-site in the Edina office, with ad hoc remote flexibility after a training period
  • Type : Direct Hire
