[Role Overview]

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead Byroe’s creative strategy and elevate our brand to new heights. This role is pivotal in shaping Byroe’s visual identity, storytelling, and customer engagement across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative genius, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to drive brand growth and global recognition. Additionally, this role will oversee end-to-end creative design, ensuring innovative 360 campaigns across multiple platforms that align with our overall brand strategy and product positioning.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Creative Vision: Define and evolve Byroe’s creative vision to align with the brand’s mission, values, and global expansion goals.
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop thoughtful, innovative 360 concepts across print and digital, including photoshoots, videos, hero ads, hero films, in-store displays, digital assets, print collateral, pop-up stores, event concepts, and more.
• Storytelling: Conceptualize, art direct, and execute compelling creative storytelling across platforms, ensuring consistency from initial concept through final design execution.
• Agency Partnerships: Partner with external agencies to bring creative concepts to life while maintaining Byroe’s brand identity and quality standards.
• Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of cohesive, engaging content across digital, print, and experiential platforms to amplify brand presence and messaging.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in beauty and design, to inform creative strategies and maintain Byroe’s position as an innovative leader.
• Creative Execution: Manage the design and production of assets, including product packaging, social media content, website visuals, advertising materials, and more.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

[Qualifications]

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related design field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong focus on beauty brands.
• An outstanding portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative work, including brand campaigns, product design, and 360-degree marketing initiatives.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other advanced design tools and technologies.
• Exceptional skills in photoshoot direction and video editing, with the ability to oversee and execute end-to-end content production.
• A creative visionary with the ability to translate brand values into impactful and cohesive visuals and narratives.
• Strong leadership abilities, with expertise in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex creative concepts with clarity and confidence.
• A passion for sustainability, innovation, and beauty, with a drive to push creative boundaries while staying true to Byroe’s holistic values.
