Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Director of Radiology Services to make a difference in patient care and departmental excellence.

What You'll Do

• Provide visionary leadership and supervision, coordinating department activities to ensure the highest safety standards for patients and staff.
• Oversee all human resource functions, including training, staff competencies, and maintaining safe staffing levels.
• Develop and manage budgets to meet departmental, organizational, and patient safety goals, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor departmental indicators and PI activities, reporting directly as required.
• Step in as a radiology technician when needed, responding to the department's needs.

What We Require

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology from an AMA accredited program. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Specialized training in CT or MRI.
• Previous supervisory experience in all medical imaging functions.
• Background as a radiology technologist/Nuclear Medicine/Other modalities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Current state licensed CRT, Fluoroscopy permit by CDPH, and ARRT-R certification required.
• Current Basic Life Support/BCLS (AHA) certification.
• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulatory standards.
• Ability to manage 50+ shared direct reports, experience with budgets, and availability to work weekends as needed.
