Job Description

LaSalle Network is working with a rapidly growing and innovative venture capital firm, who is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO, CFO, and Managing Partner . The core of this role will be managing the CEO's complex calendar and providing essential administrative support to the leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administrative experience in professional services who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a variety of executives with different needs and working styles.


As a key member of the team, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm, handling a variety of tasks while supporting multiple senior leaders with different needs and working styles. Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO, and Managing Partner Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and schedules for the CEO, CFO, and Managing Partner, ensuring seamless time management and coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team. Handle all communications with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and event logistics for the executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient travel
  • Oversee office operations including stock/inventory management, maintaining office supplies, coordinating facilities maintenance, and ensuring a well-organized workspace



Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO, and Managing Partner Requirements:

  • Background in professional services (consulting, venture capital, private equity, etc.) is highly preferred, with experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortably managing the needs of multiple senior leaders, with the ability to adapt to different working styles and personalities
  • A self-starter who can anticipate the needs of the leadership team and takes initiative in managing tasks without constant supervision
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels and represent the executives effectively
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, with the ability to pivot quickly and handle a variety of tasks on the fly
  • Enjoys working closely with others in a collaborative, trust-based team culture, contributing positively to the overall work environment
