Front Desk Receptionist – Health In Motion

You'll be the welcoming face of Health In Motion, managing appointments, assisting clients, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Ideal candidates are organized, friendly, and passionate about holistic health. Apply now to be part of our supportive, wellness- centered team.

As a Front Desk Receptionist at our Holistic Wellness Clinic, you will be responsible for: 

  • Greeting Clients – Creating a warm, welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Scheduling Appointments – Managing bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently.
  • Handling Phone and Email Inquiries – Answering questions about services, pricing, and availability.
  • Processing Payments – Managing transactions and processing receipts.
  • Maintaining Client Records – Ensuring accurate and confidential patient files.
  • Preparing Treatment Rooms – Assisting in keeping rooms clean, stocked, and ready for practitioners.
  • Managing Inventory – Keeping track of office and clinic supplies, including herbs or supplements.
  • Coordinating with Practitioners – Ensuring smooth communication between clients, acupuncturists, naturopathic doctor and health coach. We use Slack to communicate with each other!
  • Upholding Clinic Cleanliness – Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming.

Qualifications that you make you a perfect fit for our clinic:

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills – Friendly, professional, and able to create a welcoming environment for clients.
  • Strong Organizational & Multitasking Abilities – Efficiently manage appointments, records, and daily tasks in a busy clinic setting.
  • Proficiency in Office Software – Comfortable using scheduling systems, email, and basic administrative tools.
  • Attention to Detail & Confidentiality – Maintain accurate records and respect client privacy.
  • Interest in Holistic Health & Wellness – Passion for holistic medicine: acupuncture, naturopathic medicine, holistic skincare.

Hours: 8 - 20 per week. Thursdays 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM and Fridays 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, additional availability (3- 7PM) is a plus

Hourly Rate: Entry-level, with potential for higher pay based on experience.
