We are seeking a Data Strategy Manager to support the development and execution of data-driven initiatives that enhance business decision-making and operational efficiencies. This role will work closely with the Data Strategy Senior Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure effective data management, governance, and analytics strategies align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data management principles, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and executing multi-phased data strategy roadmaps.
Support the development and implementation of data enrichment strategies and data foundations for W+ Member Data.
Partner with key business stakeholders to understand data needs and provide strategic recommendations .
Manage and maintain data governance practices, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to enhance data accessibility and usability.
Contribute to the development of analytics frameworks to drive insights and improve decision-making.
Identify opportunities to optimize data utilization across revenue-generating functions.
Ensure W+ data practices align with enterprise data management principles.
Support business units in making data driven decisions.
Stay informed on emerging trends in data analytics, governance, and emerging technologies.
Assist in fostering a culture of data literacy through training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Day-to-Day Expectations:
Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams on data strategy initiatives.
Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic objectives .
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and update on progress.
Develop detailed project plans and track execution to ensure successful delivery.
Provide hands-on support in data analysis, governance policy implementation, and business process optimization.
Work closely with data stewardship and data engineering teams to address data quality needs .
Build c ommunicat ions to leadership on progress, challenges, and recommendations in relevant teams.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for data-related projects.
Ensure documentation of processes, best practices, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in data strategy, data management, or analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Management , MIS, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of data structures, governance, and analytics methodologies.
Experience with business intelligence tools, SQL, BigQuery , and enterprise platforms such as GCP, Azure, and CRM systems.
Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and analytical mindset.
Familiarity with membership programs is a plus.
