Incredible opportunity to work with an established ULTRA HNW Principle is currently seeking a Personal Assistant/CoS to come work from their townhome on the Upper East Side (UES) of Manhattan.
In this role, you will be integral in overseeing the operations of the home, managing the principle’s calendar and incoming phone calls, scheduling & engaging with vendors in the house, sorting mail & paying bills, processing payroll for certain workers, and managing who is coming/going in the home. The couple has numerous staff members to handle individual house duties, and you will serve as the point-person making sure everything in the home is running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a combination of Corporate Executive Assistant + Personal Assistant experience.
This is a hybrid role with 4 days in NYC townhome office on Upper East Side, remote (but available to come in) on Fridays.
Requirements:
· History of working with HNW or UHNW individuals/families (ideally within their homes)
· Combination of Corporate EA & Personal Assistant experience
· House/Estate management experience
· Strong track record and tenure with previous employers – MUST HAVE
· Ability to get to townhome on UES with no issues
