Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist based in Mesa, AZ. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, performing clerical duties, ensuring excellent customer service, tracking vendors, and ensuring offices are in working condition. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining an organized front desk environment. The Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing a welcoming atmosphere and supporting the administrative functions of the office.
