Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Lead Software Engineer. You will be responsible for leading a team of junior developers (front-end, back-end, and full-stack) across various software development and programming tasks. You will also play a direct role in developing and integrating blockchain systems and implementations into our core trading infrastructure.
As the senior lead, you will work closely with our CEO and other key stakeholders to create and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of technical milestones. Your expertise will guide architectural decisions, code quality standards, and best practices for object-oriented programming (OOP), all while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Qualifications
• Education: Not required if you have work experience but a good to have would be a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Our developers are mostly full-stack, but current work focuses on frontend development involving NextJS and Typescript. We expect the senior lead software engineer to have proven experience in back-end web development, programming, and object-oriented design.
• Strong background in leading software development projects.
• Leadership & Management:
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and coordinate team efforts.
• Experience in blockchain and Web3
• Excellent analytical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
