Position: Genesys Configuration Specialist

Duration : Long Term

Location : Jacksonville, FL (100% Remote - Work )

• Job Summary
• We are seeking a skilled Genesys Configuration Specialist responsible for the setup,
• configuration, and maintenance of Genesys Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a
• strong background in Genesys Cloud administration, focusing on system configuration,
• integration, and support within contact center environments.

• Responsibilities
• · Configure and maintain Genesys Cloud solutions to meet organizational
• requirements.
• · Develop and configure Genesys Cloud connectors, APIs, and middleware
• solutions to enable seamless integration with other systems.
• · Integrate Genesys Cloud with third-party applications, ensuring seamless
• communication and data flow.
• · Monitor and analyze system performance, implementing optimizations as needed.
• · Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Genesys Cloud-related issues.
• · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system configurations with business
• objectives.
• · Document configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and
• compliance.
• · Train end-users and administrators on effective use of Genesys Cloud features.
• Qualifications
• · Minimum of 5 years of experience in Genesys Cloud administration and
• configuration.
• · Proficiency in developing and configuring Genesys Cloud connectors, APIs, and
• middleware solutions.
• · Experience with system integration, including working with RESTful APIs and
• middleware.
• · Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications
• · Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• · Familiarity with networking concepts and security principles.
• · Certifications in Genesys Cloud CX or related technologies.
