Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing daily operations, including asset movement, account transfers, and new account set-up and maintenance. You will play a critical role in ensuring transactions are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily departmental work, including asset movements, account transfers, and maintenance of new accounts.
• Handle routine and complex transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proactively identify, interpret, and resolve potential issues to prevent service disruptions.
• Follow established procedures to meet service level agreements and achieve quality metrics consistently.
• Learn and support various financial products, software, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards at all times.

Qualifications:

What You Need to Have:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
